Primary Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor and maintain facility operations
- Operate various tools including hand tools, welders, pneumatic and electric tools
- Operate computers to obtain work orders, place work orders, log work performed, and search for inventory parts
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure proper functionality and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Follow all Keeley safety guidelines and complete incident reports immediately when required
- Perform general housekeeping in the maintenance shop and throughout the facility
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required
- Other duties may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator in a construction or similar environment.
- Valid Drivers License
- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Strong attention to detail.
