We\u2019re building the AI-powered growth engine for financial advisors. Backed by Y Combinator and top venture firms, we help advisors identify and convert high-value prospects through predictive intent signals, personalized lead scoring, and automated multi-channel outreach. Trusted by fast-growing firms and industry leaders, our platform is reshaping how modern advisors acquire clients and we\u2019re just getting started.

We\u2019re looking for a full-stack engineer to take ownership of feature and product development from idea to launch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the product and wants to ship something meaningful every 3 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of full-stack features and applications
  • Collaborate with Product on ideation and roadmap strategy
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from users and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with specialized engineering teams to execute robust solutions :

Backend (infra, data layer, AI / ML) 8d Python, AWS, Snowflake, MongoDB, Datadog

  • Frontend (UI / UX, user metrics) 8d TypeScript, React
  • Product Engineering (cross-stack product development) 8d e.g. enhancing email campaigns to better leverage LLMs for user engagement
