The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Who we are : LDKerns Contractors has been a General Contractor for more than 20 years.

We perform commercial construction projects in NE Oklahoma. We are growing and need new team members to grow with us. We offer competitive wages, bonuses, vacation and insurance is available.

Our average employee has worked here for 8 years which shows what a great place this is to work!Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.-Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment.-Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to address any issues or concerns.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.-Prepare and submit daily reports on job progress and any site issues.
• Manage and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.-Order and manage materials and equipment on-site, ensuring availability when needed.
• Resolve any on-site conflicts and problems that arise.-Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent in commercial construction.

Experience with project sizes from $5mil and up.-Proven ability to manage multiple construction activities simultaneously.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods.-Excellent leadership and team management skills.-Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-Experience with Construction software,-Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.-Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check and screening.
