This is an opportunity for a sales professional who is experienced in the solar space to join an exciting scale-up company.
As soon as you start in the position you will have the chance to scale a team out underneath you and build out pipeline for solar development in Phoenix.
In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of door to door sales professionals and rely on your network that you have built up.
Responsibilities
- Scale a team of sales reps out and rely your existing network
- Opportunity to be hands on with selling directly to customers
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning
- Develop and grow skills of sales reps
Requirements
- Previous experience managing a team of sales reps
- 3+ years of experience in Residential Solar
- Prior experience in door-to-door selling
