Salary : $100K-$125K + 10% Bonus | Flexibility available for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities
- Lead internal controls and risk assessments tied to property acquisitions and commercial lease structures
- Drive process improvements and support quarterly close cycles
- Collaborate with leadership on audit readiness and SOX compliance
- Supervise and mentor accounting team members
