Associate Director, Patient Access and Affordability Neuroscience
J&J Innovative Medicine is recruiting for an Associate Director, Patient Access and Affordability Neuroscience, located in Titusville, New Jersey.

The Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) organization serves patients during their treatment journey with Johnson & Johnson therapies, to help overcome challenges to fulfillment, on-boarding and adherence.
The Associate Director, Patient Access and Affordability Solutions (PAAS) will lead patient support programs for the portfolio of Neuroscience products such as INVEGA Long Acting Injectables and SPRAVATO and will work closely with the Neuroscience Patient Experience (Px) team and other patient solutions teams to identify, co-create, and operationalize best in class solutions that optimize the patient journey post prescribing decision.

Day-to-day Responsibilities :
- Access & Affordability Strategy & Design : Identify, design and implement innovative solutions for patient affordability services.
- Collaborate : Partner with multiple vendors across Hub, IT, Patient Support Programs, and other partners to develop solutions.
- Customer-Centric Design Process : Create a solution experience that delivers on patient need.
- Solution Excellence : Use patient analytics and compliance monitoring to inform continued optimization of program performance.
- Program Operations & Compliance : Support program development & launch with partner suppliers in accordance with regulations.
- Goal Setting : Define KPIs and establish metrics and goals for program awareness and utilization.
- Training : Support training initiatives for field-based Neuroscience Specialists.
- Advancing Equity in Healthcare : Uncover and address the needs of underserved populations.
- Communications & Project Planning : Support planning efforts for communications and vendor deliverables.
- Culture : Support a culture of learning and experimentation.

Qualifications
Education and work experience :
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 7 years of healthcare business experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and / or patient services preferred.
- Experience in patient access, call center operations, healthcare patient experience, reimbursement strategy, and operations.
- Ability to lead without direct authority and influence a diverse group of team members.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effectively work in a team environment.
- Skilled in using resources to resolve problems for customers.
- Eager to set ambitious goals and take ownership for results.
- Can dynamically adjust priorities due to changing circumstances.
This position is based in Titusville, NJ and requires up to 25% domestic travel.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550.
