REQUIREMENTS
- Performs electrical and mechanical repairs and maintenance for offices and facilities.
- Assists the Maintenance Supervisor on minor repair and remodeling projects.
- Maintains department equipment, including maintenance truck, equipment, and tools.
- Prepares daily work logs for pricing and billing services to users.
- Provides a variety of maintenance services, including moving furniture, painting, drilling, and picking up parts from suppliers;
provides 24-hour on-call service in the event of an emergency.
- Compliance training for your position must be completed each year.
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- One (1) or more years' experience or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge to troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing items.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- High standards for work ethics, attendance, and organizational skills.
- Team oriented.
- Excellent driving record.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma / GED required.
