What We Want :
- Previous call-center setting experience along with polished communication skills.
- Superior multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Exercise patience over the phone with the ability to identify client mindset and motivations.
- Previous experience with CRM softwares and Microsoft Office Suite along with a high degree of computer proficiency.
Pay :
- UNCAPPED commissions.
- Highly competitive commission rate up to 15% of all servicing fees signed.
