The work schedule for this accounting position is full-time, Monday through Friday , during standard business hours.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will oversee the complete accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
You'll collaborate with dental staff to address billing discrepancies and respond to patient inquiries, while maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and generating regular reports for management review.
You will also play a vital role in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy, as well as supporting external audits as needed.
Here's what we need from you :
- 3+ years of accounts receivable experience, preferably with a background in dental or medical fields
- Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment
