ITA International is seeking an Infrastructure Project Lead to join the team at Robins Air Force Base.

Responsibilities

ITA is seeking a Infrastructure Project Lead in support of work at a United States Air Force operational wing. This support includes but is not limited to :

  • Strategically planning and analyzing personnel hiring, integrated with the completion of future facilities.
  • Building reports, developing slides, setting up, running, and briefing all materials in meetings that may include General Officers, Senior Leaders, stakeholders, etc., as needed.
  • Maintaining facility appearance standards.
  • Escorting uncleared contracted cleaning service providers.
  • Maintaining facility functionality standards.
  • Identifying maintenance support requirements and providing first-phase maintenance support.
  • Providing escort for uncleared contracted maintenance services providers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in facility management.
  • Holds an active SECRET clearance.
  • U.S. Citizen, with a minimum age requirement of 21 years.
  • Bachelor's degree required, or alternatively, 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with at least one (1) year of experience.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organization, administration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop schedules that accurately reflect project milestones, ensuring diligent oversight of project execution.
  • Capable of strategic planning to meet security requirements for the completion of future facilities.
  • Competent in managing diverse tasks across multiple projects, prioritizing effectively to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical acumen.
  • Experience working within a Secret Facility.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Secret Facility escort protocols.
  • Familiarity with basic maintenance techniques, such as changing fluorescent light bulbs, moving or assembling office furniture, and using a hand dolly.
  • In-depth knowledge of safe maintenance practices, emergency planning, and continuity of operations planning.
