About the Role / Team

The Senior Director of Operations Supply Chain Integrations will be responsible for ensuring that as we land transformation and automation for supply chain and that it is integrated into the store processes.

This role will be responsible for working cross functionally across the business to ensure all teams are aligned to deliver business results on automation investment to help us deliver on our purpose to save people money so they can live better.

This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Store Operations Acceleration and Support. This is an onsite role based at our Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas.

What you’ll do

• Strategy Development : Develop and implement the operations strategy for our stores to integrate supply chain automation and ensure that we are staying committed to our investments.
• Landing Transformation and Automation to Stores : The role involves ensuring the successful implementation of transformation and automation processes in stores, contributing to the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
• Team Leadership : Lead a team of operations managers and analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure high performance.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment of operations with overall company strategy.
• Continuous Improvement : Continually assess and improve the operations strategy and process design, ensuring adaptability in a changing business environment.

• Possess proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail space; prior experience in Supply Chain a huge plus
• Are a demonstrated leader with the ability to coach and manage a team
• Have a high level of analytical ability to understand and evaluate complex processes

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 6 years’ experience in operations, project

management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

4 years’ supervisory experience.
