Front Desk Sales Associate at The DripBar
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Social media savvy will be responsible for posting to Instagram and facilitating Yelp / Google reviews
- Ability to suggest services, memberships and packages to clients
- Collaborating with others to help plan events and initiatives
- Scheduling clients, answering phone calls, learning essential service knowledge
- Helpful team member passionate about creating a great customer experience
- Multitasker who can manage customers, phone calls, scheduling and other duties simultaneously
- Updating client’s chart with history, allergies and appropriate notes
- Upbeat attitude who maintains composure at all times
Qualifications
- Have exceptional communication and social skills
- Sales ability is important
- The ability to offer suggestions for IVs or supplements based on client needs and desires
- Recognize and respond to potential problems
- Take initiative to solve problems independently and creatively
- Ability to post to Instagram and social media
- Maintain composure when things go wrong
- Be prompt and prepared at all times
- Remember key details as multiple people make verbal, hand-written, and emailed requests throughout the day
- Work quickly, but accurately
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time
Salary : $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, plus commission
Benefits : Commission, Employee discount, Flexible schedule
Shift : Day shift / Evening shift / Weekend shift / Closed Sundays
