Your Role :
Treasure Data is seeking a highly skilled Director of Product Management - Personalization to lead our real-time product team.
Reporting to the Vice President Product, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap including the entire product life-cycle from definition, build, launch, initial ramp and eventual end-of-life.
You work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions to a diverse set of global 2000 customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong martech and technical background as well as a proven track record of delivering successful products in the real-time space.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our real-time customer data platform, including personalization, trigger activations, API access and service agent console.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and ensure product-market fit.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our real-time customer data platform, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external customers.
- Continuously monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionality.
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 12+ years of product management experience in the software industry, with a focus on personalization, real-time, customer data platforms or related technologies.
- Strong technical background with experience in API development, real-time data processing, and data-driven personalization.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and mentoring product teams.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
