The Fitness Concierge is responsible for providing superior level customer service to our members, prospective members and guests. As a Fitness Concierge, you will demonstrate an aptitude and command of our company-wide policies and initiatives to ensure the integrity of our brand. The Concierge will ensure each member interaction is personalized guaranteeing the club provides the highest level of service. Our Fitness Concierges have an inside track to become Personal Trainers, Group Fitness Instructors and Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities :

• Greet all members and guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Function as an initial source of information regarding all services available within our club
• Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
• Maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Sell and enroll prospects in various memberships and programs
• Assist members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
• Serve as point of contact for new member acquisition and member retention interactions
• Engage in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
• Attend staff meetings and other meetings as required
• Function as a brand ambassador inside and outside of the gym
• Maintain an atmosphere which makes members feel welcome
• Maintain a professional disposition at all times
• Support the service desks and gym floor
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Offer services direct to clients, partnering with all functional teams to deliver memorable experiences
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Support the childcare department as an attendant as needed.
• Regular, consistent cleaning and sanitizing of communal spaces and assigned areas
