Position : CEO for an ABA Services Company
Location : Southern California
Full Time, Permanent Placement, Fully Benefitted
Company Overview :
- The company is provided ABA / IBI services for patients with autism (3yrs - 25yrs) within School settings, In Home settings, and Clinical based settings.
- Individualized services :
- ABA Services / IBI in home, community, school, and clinic settings.
- Functional Behavioral Assessments
- Parent Consultation
- Social Skill Groups
Qualifications / Responsibilities :
- Must have experience either managing / leading an ABA Services company or a Private Equity Healthcare company.
- Must have experience Growing & scaling a business through Acquisitions and Denovo.
- Must have experience driving census, operations, finances, and all aspects of the business.
- Must have a strong understanding of the regulatory process within ABA Services or healthcare in CA.
- Must be a Business Builder and knows how to follow the Play Book on doing it.
