Woodlands Home Health has the oppurtunity for you to join their team as a Home Health Physical Therapist! This is a traveling positon with company paid mileage from first visit to last visit, or the oppurtunity to use a company car for travel to patient visits.

Job Duties include but are not limited to :
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their conditions and preventing further injury
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Education & Requirements :
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Must have an active Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice
- Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification
- Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.
