Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

EDUCATION : Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communication or Public Relations or equivalent

We are searching for a highly motivated, dedicated Marketing Specialist focused on content creation and event planning. Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, engaging our target audience, and driving meaningful interactions through compelling content and well-executed events.
They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and align with our business objectives.
This role has required travel of approximately 25%.
What Youll Accomplish and Experience
- Must be able to perform role while following client guidelines for access and safety protocols at client job sites
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across various channels, including but not limited to website, blog, social media, email, and print materials.
- Create high-quality, engaging content such as articles, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and more to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content and alignment with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for content optimization and innovation.
- Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events, including virtual and in-person events such as webinars, workshops, conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, promotion, registration, and post-event evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and maximize event impact and ROI.
- Measure and analyze the performance of content and events using relevant KPIs and metrics, and leverage insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing, event management, and related fields, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
