Together, they established a unique company that merges traditional framing techniques with innovative tools and technology, like their proprietary mobile Auto-Saw system.

With the addition of Lee as a co-owner, the company has strengthened its commitment to excellence by enhancing its estimated delivery process and ensuring meticulous financial oversight.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Frame Construction : Build, erect, and install structural framework, including walls, floors, and roof systems, according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.

• Precision Work : Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate construction.
• Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment, wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to OSHA guidelines.
• Quality Assurance : Inspect work for conformance with project plans and specifications, ensuring that all framing is done to the highest standards of quality.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Foreman and other team members to ensure smooth workflow, efficient use of materials, and timely completion of projects.
• Problem Solving : Address any issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the project.
• Site Preparation and Cleanup : Assist in preparing job sites for framing, including setting up equipment and cleaning up after completion to maintain a tidy work area.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in framing carpentry or a related field.

• Skills : Proficiency in using hand and power tools, with a strong understanding of framing techniques and construction practices.
• Knowledge : Familiarity with reading blueprints and interpreting construction plans.-Physical Stamina : Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.-Dependability : Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
