Job Description : People Analytics Manager
The People Analytics Manager leads HR reporting, metrics, and analytics efforts, focusing on transforming data into actionable insights.
Collaborating with HR leaders, IT, and cross-functional teams, this role drives data governance, integrity, and accuracy to support informed decision-making.
The manager is key in delivering clear, intuitive HR data through platforms like PowerBI and Workday while ensuring the seamless integration and validation of data sources.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead HR reporting, metrics, and analytics initiatives, utilizing platforms like PowerBI and Workday to deliver clear and user-friendly data insights.
- Provide leadership with data-driven insights by interpreting complex data and communicating actionable findings.
- Design and maintain HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to ensure real-time, accurate, and efficient data delivery.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and ensure seamless data integration.
- Establish and manage data governance practices to maintain consistency, accuracy, and security.
- Stay updated on industry trends to drive process improvements, automation, and strategic opportunities within HR analytics.
