Shift : Nights / 7p-7a, 12x4, 48hrs per week, no call

Length : 26 weeks

May work a holiday if there is a need during contract

Requirements :

• ID RN License
• Must have 3 years of L&D experience
• Will accept 2 years with prior travel experience or 3 years with no travel
• ACLS
• STABLE
• Must have mother baby experience - prefer 1 year
• Must have experience and be able to attend deliveries and complete 1 hour of newborn care, triage, Circulate C / S, and provide Postpartum Couplet Care
• Must have experience with magnesium
• Charge nurse experience preferred

Other details :

of LDRP Beds : 14 LDRP- patients stay in the same room

Common diagnoses / Types of patients : 32 week gestation and greater, HTN-getting mag, BACs, TOLACs, some gestational diabetes, community has a lot of home birth midwives so a lot of the population comes in for medical intervention and pain control.

Do have some antepartum patients. Do not take placenta previa or placenta accreta. Serve a very diverse population

• Scrub Color / Dress code : Hospital issued scrubs-required to be changed in to and out of at beginning and end of shift
