About The Position

BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred, Coronary Care Certificate optional but SCU / CCU experience requiredSpecial care unit : up to (4) patients;

may have medicated IV drip; BiPAP / CPAP / airvo / rare vent.Patient population : 1 year to >

90.RN ratio : Acuity dependent 1 : 3 or 4 (inc MS / rehab patient) Vent : 1 : 1.No on-call.Common patient diagnosis : RAF, r / o MI, DKA, non-STEMI, PE, COVID pneumonia, CHF, post op general surgery, CVA deemed without intervention, rare chest tube, rare CVP monitoring, wound vacs.
