Responsibilities
- Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Inbound Calls : Handle incoming calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
- Policy Customization : Design insurance plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by recommending additional coverage.
- Continuous Learning : Stay informed about industry trends and developments to offer informed guidance.
Requirements
- Licensing : Active insurance producer license is required
- Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
