  • Up to $2,500 for full time (regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week) *
  • Up to $1,250 for part-time (regularly scheduled to work less than 30 hours per week)

  • Monday - Friday (3 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm) - $3.50 / hour*
  • Monday - Friday (11 : 00pm - 7 : 00am) - $3.00 / hour*
  • Saturday & Sunday (3 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm) - $4.00 / hour*
  • Saturday & Sunday (11 : 00pm - 7 : 00am) - $4.00 / hour*
  • Responsibilities : *
  • Perform routine treatment procedures including enemas and sitz bath.
  • Assist Staff Nurse and / or Licensed Nurse in complicated treatment procedures within scope of practice for the state in which certification is held.
  • Assists with the use of bedpan, urinal, or commode.
  • Ambulating the resident; preoperative and post operative care.
  • Application of abdominal binders of anti-embolic stocking.
  • Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, blood pressure and intake-output measurements.
  • Prepare residents for meals. Serves, and removes food trays, assists with meals or feeding of resident.
  • Report (and when appropriate record) any changes observed in condition or behavior of resident and / or unusual incidents.
  • Assists in maintaining a safe and clean environment by cleaning Utility Rooms. Cleaning equipment and preparing for disinfection or sterilization.
  • Attends in-service education programs, as assigned to learn new treatments, procedures, developmental skills, etc.
  • Assists with orientation of new personnel.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Minimum Qualifications : *
  • NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) License, active and in good standing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Preferred Qualifications : *
  • 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Experience with PCC electronic medical records.
