- Sign-on Bonus : *
- Up to $2,500 for full time (regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week) *

- Responsibilities : *
- Perform routine treatment procedures including enemas and sitz bath.
- Assist Staff Nurse and / or Licensed Nurse in complicated treatment procedures within scope of practice for the state in which certification is held.
- Assists with the use of bedpan, urinal, or commode.
- Ambulating the resident; preoperative and post operative care.
- Application of abdominal binders of anti-embolic stocking.
- Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, blood pressure and intake-output measurements.
- Prepare residents for meals. Serves, and removes food trays, assists with meals or feeding of resident.
- Report (and when appropriate record) any changes observed in condition or behavior of resident and / or unusual incidents.
- Assists in maintaining a safe and clean environment by cleaning Utility Rooms. Cleaning equipment and preparing for disinfection or sterilization.
- Attends in-service education programs, as assigned to learn new treatments, procedures, developmental skills, etc.
- Assists with orientation of new personnel.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Minimum Qualifications : *
- NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) License, active and in good standing.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Preferred Qualifications : *
- 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
- Experience with PCC electronic medical records.
