As our Night Compactor , you will be fundamental in our responsibility to sustainable practices and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests, fans, and employees by sorting recyclable, compostable, and landfill items after daily operations and events.

DAY-TO-DAY :

• Operating compacting machinery, coordinating waste and recyclable operations.
• Sorting landfill, recyclable, and compostable items.
• Cleaning and sanitizing garbage cans and gondolas.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment and workspaces daily.
• Performing miscellaneous tasks to assist in preparation for events.
• Responding to radio calls in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU :

• Are a minimum of 18 years old.
• Have experience in a similar role in graveyard or task-based function, preferred.
• Have the ability to work late and overnight with a graveyard work schedule.
• Can understand and communicate conversational English, including following verbal and written directions.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Exhibit safe work habits and proper body mechanics when lifting or moving heavy objects.
• Can rotate duties as needed and perform other reasonable job-related duties.
