California Licensed Specialty Nurse Navigator

A company is looking for a Specialty Nurse Navigator RN in Hematology / Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

Navigate patients through the continuum of care, acting as a liaison between the physician, other departments, and the patient

Establish nursing goals to guide care planning and promote self-reliance

Provide disease and treatment-specific education tailored to meet patients' individual goals of care

Required Qualifications

BSN plus three years of recent clinical nursing experience in various settings

California RN License

BLS certification if working in a clinical setting

ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy certification

Preferred : MSN and OCN or ONN-CG certification with relevant experience
