Korn Ferry Professional Search has been engaged by our Oilfield Services client to identify a Senior Finance Manager. This role will be responsible for supporting operations.
Responsibilities Include :
- Business Partnership : Act as the financial business partner, offering commercial insight and bid financial support.
- Lead the finance team to ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Month-End Close : Oversee the monthly closing process and review income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting : Lead the annual budget process for the region.
- Forecasting : Lead and review the monthly near-term forecasting process, maintaining all financial forecasts, including the 13-week cash flow forecast.
- Consolidation : Manage the consolidation process for the region.
- Management Reporting
- Risk & Opportunity Management : Identify and evaluate new opportunities and risks, communicating them to the corporate finance team and the CFO.
- Cost Monitoring : Advise regional leadership with various reports that contribute to monitoring the SG&A cost base.
- Accounting & Controls : Execute company accounting processes and policies, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Skills Needed :
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to partner with Operations Leadership to drive results and follow best practices
- Strong forecasting and financial modeling skills
Educational & Work Requirements :
- Degree : Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar. Master’s degree is preferred
- Work Experience : 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, previous accounting experience is preferred
