- Established emergency medicine program at a 300-bed regional medical center in North Dakota
- Flexible shift schedule will average 12 shifts per month
- 10- or 12-hour shifts are a mix of days and nights; all nights are an option if desired
- Average of 19k annual patients or about 1.2 per hour
- EM physicians available to start in 2024 or early 2025
- Competitive hourly rate for either employed with benefits or a 1099 independent contractor
- 1099 independent contractor paid commuter option is available with a 1-year commitment
- North Dakota community with a regional airport and a 100k+ area population
