We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled project manager responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day activity.
Preferably someone fluent in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain daily log of activities on the job site and complete punch list.
- Perform project manager duties at multiple job sites simultaneously.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site and supervise the activities of subcontractors.
- Ensure that all subcontractors are following safety protocols and fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
- Schedule subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion.
- Effectively communicate with the project manager and subcontractors.
Requirements :
- 5-10 years of construction experience.
- Experience in residential construction and onsite management.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Active Driver's License.
- Ability to work at different job sites when needed.
- Full-time position.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
Annual Salary : $45,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
