As a Manager in Training with the European Wax Center, you're more than a leader you're a catalyst for consistency, a mentor, and a visionary.

Your role is about helping cultivate a high-performing center that exceeds guest relationships and embodies EWC brand's standards.

During the course of this training, we will use our Award Winning training to help you grow, learn and elevate within the organization.

Our Managers in Training will have to be within their role for at least 12 months, ability to level up will depend on availability of position and willingness to relocate.

Our centers are located in Western PA and Eastern OH.

Job Responsibilities :

Monitors departmental performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.

Collaborates with other managers to plan, direct, and coordinate programs and projects.

Manages conflicts and resolves complaints about or within the department.

Manages daily aspects of the department and its staff to ensure projects are completed and goals and customer needs are met.

Daily Tasks :

Wax pass sales, sales closing of a minimum of 10%

Confirmation calls

Reservation book mark up notes completion to be able to communicate efficiently on promotions or opportunities with all guests

Building the EWC culture in center

Follow all GSA’s associate job responsibilities as per the corporate GS associate training packet

Handling guest issues

Handling associate incidents that will impact guest experience (i.e. coming in late)

Required Skills / Abilities :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience :

Two years of related experience in the industry required.

Knowledge of the philosophy, mission, leadership, and planning needs of the organization preferred.
