Position Title : Assistant Property Manager / Admin Assistant
Location : Malvern, AR

Reports To : Legal / Board Secretary

Hours : Full-time position : 40+ hrs / wk (M-F)
GENERAL SUMMARY
- The Assistant Property Manager / Admin Assistant is responsible for scheduling needed service to all properties owned by MNB to ensure each location is properly maintained;
- Welcoming all visitors; Providing clerical services including the preparation of correspondence, maintaining departmental files and records, and creating reports;
- Functions as a liaison to customers and other departmental staff; Assists Bank / Market President in various clerical duties;
Maintains utmost confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with board members, management, team members, customers, and the public.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist managing building and maintenance issues at all locations
- Work with all vendors / contracts related to building and maintenance (includes company vehicle)
- Fill or complete orders of branch supplies for all locations, to include bulk supply orders
- Approve B&B supply orders for all branches and maintain inventory and warehouse reports
- Assist with catering luncheons for Board, Stockholders and other Executive purposes
- Assist with maintenance of OREO (other real estate owned) property
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors with friendliness
- Serve as liaison among internal staff at all levels
- Interact with external clients
- Back-up mail courier for Malvern on Fridays
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED required
- 4-Year College degree preferred
- Minimum three (3) years related experience and / or training in office administration practices and procedures required
- Minimum three (3) years customer service experience required
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite required
- Banking experience preferred
