Our client is currently seeking a Senior Application Architect This is a Hybrid Onsite role that can sit in Atlanta GA, Indianapolis IN, or Cincinnati OHThis is a 3-6 month Contract to Hire RoleLooking for :
- A technical leader who documents the overall platform design and helps to analyze the impact of new requirements
- Experience in enterprise platform architecture and development, with at least three years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration and governance best practices
- Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile team
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer or Certified Master Architect is required
Responsibilities :
- Ensures platform alignment with the business strategy
- Provides consultative technical leadership to the platform team
- Creates and maintains a detailed view of the existing architecture
- Provides architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are used when delivering business solutions
- Resolves technical escalations, including responding to defects
- Participates in process workshops
- Works closely with enterprise architecture team
- Assists in migrating configuration across instances
- Often the integration expert in the absence of a dedicated role
- Determines which integration method(s) will be used, integration directionality, and attributes
- Participates in any data normalization required prior to being imported / inserted into ServiceNow
- Participates in platform, process, and integration testing
