- You have in-depth knowledge of Coating, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers (CASE) products.
- You can work full time onsite in the Dayton, OH metropolitan area.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as product champion for various portions of the business.
- Guide staff and lead new product introductions using internal formulation techniques.
- Be a valued and integral member of a dedicated senior management team.
Qualifications, Partial List
- BS degree in chemistry, polymer science, material science or related discipline; advanced degrees preferred.
- Physical and testing lab experience; CASE is mandatory.
- Supervisory or management experience.
- Experience supporting and leading new product development for products provided to the CONSTRUCTION industry.
