Position Overview :
As a Lead Engineer, Enterprise Incident Management you will pay an integral part in integrating and automating incident management tooling, responding and triaging incidents, monitoring alerts and moving incidents thoughtfully to resolution while ensuring proper communication.
Your knowledge of distributed cloud infrastructure, excellent communication skills, and ability to troubleshoot will enable you to ask the right questions to progress enterprise incidents to resolution.
Your tactful, analytical approach will allow for you to conduct operational excellence reviews post incident and follow-up on deliverables to allow for continuous improvement.
Required Skills :
A deep understanding of how to troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and applications
Experience with incident response in AWS cloud environment
Experience with DevOps concepts and software engineer collaboration
7+ years of work experience in operations, incident response, and / or devops.
experience working alongside and leading high-performance teams who can make decisions in fast-paced environments.
Experience leading in a cross-functional team environment
Exceptional problem-solving
Experience with API integrations and automations
