Job Summary :

The Office Assistant is responsible for providing a variety of administrative support services to ensure the efficient operation of the office and assist team members in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory, ensuring availability.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks as required.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and professional office environment.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
