We are excited to offer a PCB Lab Technician position to individuals who are interested in working in a chemical and reliability lab that supports printed circuit board manufacturing in AdvancedPCB facilities.
The role requires a high level of skill and versatility and a commitment to meeting goals for output and quality. The ideal candidate for this job is someone who is comfortable working in a lab setting within an chemical and microsection analysis and manufacturing environment.
Essential Job Function :
- Perform daily and routine chemical bath analysis and facilitate changes and additions.
- Prepare and evaluate micro-sections per required specifications.
- Identify and control nonconforming product
- Prepare and perform all statistical data collections required.
Requirements :
Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience :
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years minimum experience in PCB manufacturing.
- The ability to read and understand English
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of chemicals and solutions related to PCB manufacturing.
- General knowledge of customer drawings, specifications, and industry specifications.
Physical Requirements :
- Computer work for periods up to two hours at a time
- Small motor skills used in keyboarding and mousing
- Walking on uneven surfaces, ability to walk up and down stairs
- Bending at the head and neck
- Vision skills required to view into a microscope
- Bending at the waist
