About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities :
Understand clients needs, current workflows and translate into a Workday + HiredScore implementation plan
Configure the Workday + HiredScore product in client environment as per Statement of Work and implementation plan (SOW)
Own coordination with colleagues who are responsible for any project deliverables, while addressing potential issues and risks.
Communicate to the client any maintenance needs of the new implementation for a defined period post-launch.
Responsibility for finding opportunities for further business & product development, and remediating all risks and issues that could impede or slow progress of implementation, notify key collaborators when needed.
Work with client Success teams to successfully transition the account from the implementation period to the launch, training, post-launch, and adoption period.
Document completion of key tasks and achievements, detailed notes associated with calls, and other client interactions.
About You
Basic Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in an external client-facing Technical Project Management or Professional Services role with global enterprise (Fortune 500) clients.
3+ years experience implementing SaaS / have worked in a Software Delivery environment.
Other Qualifications :
Experience with Talent Management systems.
Team player able to self-manage and complete projects.
Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change.
Must be resilient in the face of constraints, frustrations, or adversity.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret client business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements.
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills (international client-facing experience a must).
Ability to interact professionally with diverse collaborators - executives, managers, users, and subject matter experts.
Ability to work with clients to resolve complex issues.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; works well under pressure.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
