Join our dynamic team as a Shift Leader at Papa John's in Washington D.C., DC, where you'll be instrumental in providing exceptional service and mouth-watering pizzas in a high-energy setting.
Competitive hourly wage of $17 - $20.
Responsibilities include overseeing operations, delegating tasks, and inspiring our team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Compensation : $18.50 to 20 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high food quality and service standards at all times.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to improve their performance.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders when necessary.
Qualifications :
- Experience working in the food service industry is required.
- Preference is given to candidates with previous restaurant management experience.
- The ability to work evenings and weekends is essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
