Key Responsibilities : Assess clients at the start of treatment and develop treatment plansConduct family collateral and discharge planning, including goal discussions with clientsRespond to crisis situations and visit clients in various living situations to evaluate mental health needsRequired Qualifications, Training, and Education : Licensed with the Board of Behavioral Science as an LMFT or LCSWMaster's degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health fieldValid California Driver's LicenseBLS CPR / First Aid certification from an accredited agencyExperience in crisis intervention and mental health assessments preferred
