Duties :

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling andassigning nursing staff
• Establish acompassionate environment by providing support to residents &families
• Provide information to residents& staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain safe & clean working environment byimplementing rules & regulations
• Promoteresident confidence by monitoring confidential informationprocessing
• Manage documentation of residentcare services
• Ensure a cooperativerelationship among health care teams

Requirements :

• Current Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed PracticalNurse (LPN) license
• Minimum 3 years ofLongTerm Care experience required
• Strong andpositive Team Director for all members of the staff
• Familiar with EHR and Eperscribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basiccomputer skills
