We are excited to offer a position for a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist or Assistant (SLP / SLPA) in Ambler, PA. This role is perfect for a dedicated professional eager to provide both direct therapy and support services in a vibrant school setting, enhancing the communicative abilities of students.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and execute individualized therapy programs.
- Assist and collaborate with the lead Speech-Language Pathologist in preparing materials and implementing treatment plans.
- Document therapy outcomes and student progress effectively.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (requirements vary based on SLP or SLPA role).
- Valid Pennsylvania state licensure or certification as required for SLP or SLPA roles.
- Experience in a school setting is preferable, with a strong understanding of the needs of students with diverse communication challenges.
- For SLPAs, prior experience working under the supervision of an SLP and executing therapy plans is required.
