Job Purpose / Primary Objective : Oversee the development of products from start to finish while ensuring stakeholders' needs and preferences are met.
Essential Functions :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate those into product requirements.
- Understand and communicate the product vision and objectives.
- Act as an extended member of the Product Management Team in overseeing a NaaS.
- Coordinate with other teams to align with organizational priorities.
- Prioritize requirements of team members and stakeholders.
- Team up with other Product Owners to adopt best practices.
- Partner with the Scrum Master to assist the team in continuously moving forward by improving upon deliverables, processes, and tools that add overall value to the organization.
- Support budget planning and financial forecasting.
- Communicate outcomes of the different iterations of technical implementations.
- Facilitate conversations regarding organizational value, context, risks, efforts, and timelines.
- Guide story and feature creation by leveraging key metrics as a guide for impactful, realistic planning.
- Conduct regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve team performance and quality of deliverables.
- Prioritize backlog items.
- Support the future road map and architectural guidance.
- Understand and capture iterations of technical implementations.

Minimum Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of product management experience or a bachelor's degree and equivalent industry experience.
- Familiarity with Jira and AHA!
- Prior agile product management experience preferred.
- SAFe certification preferred.

We are a trusted Edward Jones vendor with a strong focus on customer service. Technicians provide maintenance, install, MAC, Help Desk and project support to Edward Jones branch offices, vendor sites and home FA locations in specified service territory.
Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading all electronic voice, data and AV hardware including but not limited to network equipment, desktop terminals, monitors, printers, telephony equipment and cabling including terminations.
Equipment serviced is subject to change as business needs dictate. In addition, our team provides onsite technical support to Edward Jones as needed to coordinate projects, manage processes and provide software solutions.
