Maintenance- Field Operations Manager

Overview

A Field Operations Manager oversees maintenance, irrigation, spray, and small Enhancement operations for an assigned book of business.

Job Type : Full time : 40 hours per week with occasional overtime opportunities.

Salary Per Hour : varies based on experience.

Reports to : VP of Field Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage a Book of Business by proactively establishing a working and professional relationship with a CRM, Crew Leaders, Irrigation Technicians, Spray Technicians and other Field Personnel they manage for their assigned book of business.
• Oversees all quality control on maintenance accounts and irrigation work for their assigned book of business.
• Schedules maintenance crews, irrigation techs, spray techs, and other field work as needed to meet quality goals and customer expectations
• Proactively manages irrigation needs for the maintenance accounts.
• Meets productivity budgets for hours, gross margin, and book revenue. This includes checking timecards for accuracy and adjusting the schedule as needed.
• Meet with Client Relationship Manager on sites when needed.
• Meet the maintenance crew on site when needed.
• Trains Crew Leaders, Crews, Irrigation Technicians, Spray Technicians, and other Field Staff as needed to meet Green Summit2s quality and operational standards.
• Ensure staffing needs for the workload are met.

Computer Skills

Proficient in Windows 10 and earlier editions and latest editions in Microsoft Office applications; typing speed a minimum 65 wpm.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear and frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 35 pounds. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.

It is a professional environment working in the field alongside crews, as well as in a professional office setting. Often you will be working alone and therefore required to be self-motivated and self-starting to accomplish the job duties and responsibilities.
