The Project Liaison / Coordinator will plan, coordinate, direct and schedule the timely and successful completion of all tasks and deliverables related to the relocation of program functions from current facilities into new facilities.
The Project Liaison / Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for Customer coordination throughout the new facility design and build and project relocation process, and will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery throughout the relocation process.
The Liaison / Coordinator will engage strategically with senior personnel in relation to design plans, move strategies and best practices.
The Liaison / Coordinator will engage with project teams to establish relocation requirements and will perform all planning, coordinating and execution management for move activities to ensure successful completion while minimizing mission support impact.
Required Qualifications :
Five years or more of experience implementing project management principles and practices on significantly large and complete projects
Five years or more of experience in program management supporting IC contracts at the TS / SCI level
A bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, other STEM related technical degree, or Business (or equivalent experience)
Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph
Overall 10 years of experience

Demonstrated knowledge of creating and managing long-term project plans
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Experience interacting with the Customer's mission partners, project teams, and third-party contractors
Ability to initiate and lead significant change in support of Customer strategies

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
