A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Access Specialist (Spanish) to provide patient support and schedule appointments in a high-volume call center environment.

Key Responsibilities : Answer a high volume of calls and schedule appointments for multiple clinical sitesGather and input patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management systemDocument call activity and collaborate with colleagues to meet departmental goalsRequired Qualifications : Fluent in Spanish1 year of experience in healthcare patient service1 year of experience handling a high volume of inbound callsExperience using an EMR (Medical Records) and / or scheduling softwareStrong internet speed and access to a router via Ethernet cord
