Restoration Technician

Restoration Technician :

Location : Denver, CO 80223

Pay : $19-22 / hour, Depending on Experience

Hours : M-F, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM; Regularly work 40-60 hr. weeks.

Experience : 6 months related experience (carpentry, remodeling, renovation)

Experience in the Restoration Industry is a huge bonus, but not a requirement.

Compensation and Benefits :

This position offers a competitive, hourly wage. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401k plan, health & dental benefits programs as well vacation time and paid company holidays.

Additionally, $2 / hr. added for after-hours work.

Responsibilities :

Take direction from Crew Chief at the job site.

Demolish damageddrywall.

Extract / remove water from the site.

Clean clients'personalcontents damaged from fire or water.

Willingness to learn and cross-train.

Requirements :

Experience in fire or water restoration is a bonus.

IICRC certification is a bonus but not required.

Must be available for full-time work and on-call overtime rotation.

Must be willing to submit to abackground check.

Valid driver's license required along with a clean driving record (No DUIs).

The ability to work long hours on feet and lift 25 lbs is required.

Steel-toed boots (all other PPE provided).

Must be able to speak and write in English.

Good attitude, ability to take direction, and willingness to learn.
