Job Description :

Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Constituent Relations, the Associate Director for Strategic Initiatives and Constituent Relations plays a critical role in developing, executing and managing a varied and ambitious set of programs and activities that serve to cultivate deeper connections with and enhanced philanthropic commitments from alums, parents, families and friends, with a particular focus on engaging and cultivating high-capacity donors and prospective donors and / or those individuals with whom closer association is sought for enhanced major and principal gift outcomes and possible future service on the Board of Trustees or in other leadership capacities.
