We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician who has experience in primarily electrical components, troubleshooting and diagnosing problems on machinery and in preventive maintenance.
Job Title : Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location : Houston, TX 77066
Shift : 6am to 2 : 30pm Mondays to Fridays
What’s the Job?
- Performs various duties to maintain production machines and facility equipment.
- Scheduled preventive maintenance
- Emergency service on equipment
- Detect faulty machine operations
- Diagnose machine problems
- Replace and repair parts
- Run test on machines and adjust as needed
What’s Needed?
- HS Diploma / GED, able to lift up to 50lbs. throughout shift, manufacturing background.
- Electrical : Single / three phase experience, multimeter, troubleshooting, able to explain their approach to problem solving
- Able to read technical drawings (operation manuals, equipment manuals, etc.)
- Able to use hand, power, pneumatic, measurements and material handling tools. Although not required
- The ability to speak Spanish is preferred
- Ability to operate a lathe is a bonus
- Other knowledge we seek in a candidate : Plumbing experience, commercial HVAC
