Outpatient Counselor Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human service or behavioral science with two (2) year of experience in the field of chemical dependence or mental health treatment required.
- Masters degree in human service or behavioral science preferred.
- Valid State of Ohio LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW required.

- Salary range for LSW, LPC $52,000 - $55,000 / year
- Salary range for LISW, LPCC $62,000 - $70,000 / year

Under the direction of Site Supervisor, the Outpatient Counselor is responsible for substance use and mental health counseling, case management and treatment planning for clients who have been referred to Maryhaven for treatment.
