Recruiter - G&A and GTM
Location : San Francisco, CA (HYBRID)
Pay : $100,000-110,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary recruiting contact for G&A and GTM managers within the company
- Prepare and maintain reports regarding recruiting efforts
- Ability to manage an open requisition load of 30+ requisitions
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within the tech industry
- Experience recruiting a range of G&A & GTM roles
- Ability to work with highly confidential information.
- Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization including senior level managers
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience working with an ATS
- Strong experience working directly with managers and decision makers
