Recruiter - G&A and GTM

Location : San Francisco, CA (HYBRID)

Pay : $100,000-110,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary recruiting contact for G&A and GTM managers within the company
• Prepare and maintain reports regarding recruiting efforts
• Ability to manage an open requisition load of 30+ requisitions

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within the tech industry
• Experience recruiting a range of G&A & GTM roles
• Ability to work with highly confidential information.
• Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization including senior level managers
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience working with an ATS
• Strong experience working directly with managers and decision makers
