Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Loan Officer at Access Mortgage & Real Estate in the Redding-Red Bluff Area. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage needs, including loan origination, underwriting, and providing excellent customer service.
You will work closely with clients to understand their financial situation, assess their eligibility for a loan, and guide them through the loan application process.
This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Qualifications
- Loan Officers and Finance skills
- Experience in underwriting and loan origination
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze financial information
- Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
